Reading your words about our beloved Captain
Roscoe Muhammad brought back so many good memories. You spoke for so many
soldiers. I am one that can truly bear witness to the responsibilities he
had to carry. There is not much to be added to the truth you spoke. I also
was blessed to go and sit with him about three weeks ago and it was a great
joy to be with our big brother share wisdom, guidance, and humor. I was just
moved by your testimony and wanted to write you and thank you for me. I will
always love Captain Roscoe for the rest of my life for the training he gave
us soldiers and the love he shared as a father. May Allah continue to bless
you for good that you do and the many years of friendship we've had over
the years. As-Salaam-Alaikum Please extend the greetings from all of my family.
