To Whom It May Concern:
I am requesting religious exemption for vaccinations. Starting in the 1950’s The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad asked that his followers not receive vaccinations. Since that time, the Muslims in The Nation of Islam (NOI) have been exempted. It is our belief that those vaccinations are harmful and against our health. We place reliance on Allah alone.
