Your position is nothing more than your opportunity to show what sort of ability you have. You will get out of it exactly what you put in --- No more No less. A "big" position is but the sum total of numerous little positions well filled.
1. Must have a thorough knowledge of Mosque Activities.
2. Should avoid being arrogant and unreasonable.
3. He tutors and aides the Men.
4. He keeps good records.
5. Obedience, exact promptness to lawful orders.
6. Should have thorough knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and procedures of the Mosque.
7. He should know his men.
8. He should inspect post conditions.
9. He makes entries, prompt, efficient, accurate, neat and thorough in official records.
10. Reports are made, prompt, efficient and thorough.
11. He must gain respect, cooperation, and loyalty of men.
12. He enforces discipline (bring before Captain) without favor.
13. He must have the ability to make decisions.
14. No lax or careless habits.
15. He must know and take interest in his job he endeavors at all times to perform the duties efficiently and well: he is possessed with a sense of loyalty to Mosque and Nation: and a spirit of service is within him.
16. He listens patiently to complainant and advises and assists them.
17. He instructs and assigns men when in command.
18. He endeavors to gain respect and cooperation of his men.
19. He is neat about person and avoids bad habits.
20. He avoids making snap judgments, retains neutral attitude.
21. He shows no favoritism as to post assignments.
22. He shows understanding, always. Does not lose temper.
23. He is tolerant and tactful.
24. He treats complaints civilly, thus avoiding criticism.
25. He is a trainer of men: and he must develop in the men qualities of :

Teamwork
26. One of the Lieutenants: Most important duties is to remove all obstacles to training.
