To F.O.I. Captains, M.G.T. Captains, and Secretaries of Muhammad's Mosques of Islam
As-Salaam-Alaikum
In the Name of Almighty Allah, The Most Merciful Saviour, our Deliverer, Who Came in The Person of Master Fard Muhammad, Master of the Day of Judgment. To Allah alone do I submit and seek refuge.
This letter is to inform you that you are supposed to enforce the law or instructions that are given by me at all times, where there is an opposer to the law, rules, and regulations given by Allah (God), Master Fard Muhamamd, to Whom Praise is due forever, to me for you, so that you may be successful in all you undertake.
This makes several letters that I have written to the Mosques, Ministers and Captains warning them against trying to establish a "hush mouth" in the Mosque among the Believers who are corresponding with me (some of them even demanding the Believers to present their letters to them for inspection, before they are mailed to me).
Some of the Believers are threatened with being thrown out of the Mosque, if they are reporting to me that which Ministers are doing that they think I will not approve of (Such acts and orders against the proper, original orders of Allah, Master Fard Muhammad, to me for your success).
I have -- and I will double -- my intelligence service in your Mosques and if I find any one of you Captains failing to report any selfish act of Ministers and threats made by them to the Believers for their would be protection against what they are doing, I will have you removed out of your office at once!
This letter is for Captains and Secretaries to read. It is not to the Ministers!
