Filleting Whiting Fish

Reprinted from the May 10, 1974 edition of Muhammad Speaks

1. With a sharp knife, cut along the back of rish from tail to the head. Then cut down to the backbone just back of the collarbone.

2. Turn knife flat and cut the flesh away from the backbone and rib bones.

3. Lift off the whole side of the fish or fillet in one piece. Turn the fish over and cut the fillet from the other side.

"Fish is a better food, if you eat the better FISH"
