In the Most Holy Name of Allah, Who came in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad, To Whom All Holy Praises are Due Forever. I forever thank Him for raising up from among us His Last and Greatest Messenger The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad (peace be upon him).
I bear witness to what Messenger Elijah Muhammad when he said, "courts to get permits to be called by one of the Names of Allah (attributes). This is by no means necessary!" IT ISN'T NECESSARY!
I sign my Holy Name on all legal documents; including Driver License (my actual Driver License shown above), my children's Birth Certificates, Checks, Credit cards etc. Allah Blessed me with the idea years ago after reading the Messenger's Words in Message To The Blackman in America, where he wrote: "Allah came to us from the Holy City Mecca, Arabia, in 1930. He used the name Wallace D. Fard, often signing it W.D. Fard. In the third year (1933), He signed his name W.F. Muhammad which stands for Wallace Fard Muhammad..."
It is legal in the United States of America to sign your name any way you want to.
Our (Black) people, because they could not read nor write, used to make a mark (many times an "X") as their signature.
I, like many other believers and followers of Messenger Elijah Muhammad, desire to use my Holy name all the time, and especially when doing business. So although the Devil feels the need to type his name "Vanice Staffney" on my Driver's License and other legal documents, I always sign my REAL HOLY NAME "Zakiyah Karim".
You might wonder, well what about check cashing or using credit card? Remember, since my name is signed "Zakiyah Karim" on my Driver License that is the signature that used as a comparison to the signature on my checks or credit cards.
