Cabbage Stuffed

1/2 cup brown rice
1 large cabbage                 2 cups water         1/4 cup oil
1 green pepper 1/4 accent season 2 cloves garlic
salt pepper 3 medium onions
1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 lb ground or chopped meat         1/2 can tomato paste

Separate leaves or put whole head of cabbage in water and boil for 5 minutes. Heat oil in skillet. Add meat, onion, pepper, garlic and cook until onions are tender. Add seasonings and partly cooked rice. Blend. Take a leaf of cabbage, put in a little of the meat mixture into it. Fold in the sides and roll it. Place into roaster with over lap ends faced down. If you have more than 1 layer, place the next layer cross-wise. Then pour tomato paste mixed with water over cabbage. Place a heavy plate on top of cabbages to hold in place. Cover roaster and cook in oven at 400 degrees until done. Serves 2 to 4.
