A Nutritious Alternative to Potato Salad

By Sister Hughmerdes Allah

4 cups Navy Beans (Cooked-Not Mushy)

2 green onions (Chopped)
4 pcs. Celery (Chopped) 1 green pepper (Chopped)
1/2 cup relish Mustard to taste
Mayonaise to taste Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix together and serve. Use Everything as you would use in Potato Salad, (but not potatoes)
