Asparagus Casserole #2

1/8 tsp. paprika
2 bunches asparagus 1/8 tsp. red pepper
3 whole eggs 1/2 stick butter
1/4 lb. cheese 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 cups milk 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper 2 TBSP water

Scald milk to the boiling point, melt cheese in water slowly add milk to melted cheese slowing stirring to prevent lumping, beat eggs, add milk and cheese slowly blend well. Add seasonings. Place cooked asparagus in casserole. Pour mixture over and place dish in a pan of water. Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
